Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Conditions Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Shipping Cost

• If the item is defective or we sent the wrong item → Trendora covers the return shipping cost. ✅
• If the return is due to a change of mind or wrong size ordered by the customer → The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Request a Return Contact us at hello@wearetrendora.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
